We’re bringing a taste of the Paardeberg to Bree with Vondeling Wines.

Their vineyards grow along the mountain’s south-facing slopes, where decomposed granite soils and cooling afternoon winds help shape the wines. That connection goes beyond what’s in the bottle too, with the farm’s flagship wines named after rare fynbos found on the Paardeberg.

On 16 September, Le Roi van de Vyver, sommelier and owner of Cabo Wine Merchants, will be joining us to host the evening and present the wines, with Chef Blaine creating a five-course menu around the selection.
