a one-night-only pairing dinner at Tannin.

If you know Raats, you’ll know why we’re excited for this one. If you don’t, this is a very good place to start. Expect beautiful Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and a few other seriously good bottles poured alongside a once-off five-course menu from Chef Blaine.

We’ll start with a welcome drink, settle into the food and wine, and finish with a few sweet things from our kitchen.
